MOLD GUIDELINES
This one-day course has been structured to enhance owners’, managers’, supervisors’, engineers’, consultants’, contractors’, suppliers’, and workers’ knowledge on how to effectively manage mold-related issues throughout the Canadian construction industry.
Course Objectives:
Review and understand CCA’s Standard 82 titled “Mold Guidelines for the Canadian Construction Industry”
Review the potential risks and liabilities associated with mold
Provide training and resources to assist stakeholders in developing a mold minimization and prevention strategy plan
To understand issues associated with mold assessment, sampling, testing, remediation and demolition activities
To enhance attendees’ knowledge by participating in a construction-related case study
